The worst shipping company ever i will never ship again with this company anymore , they damege my products and now they trying to avoid their responsibility
Really difficult to get correct information from this company. Michelle gave me incorrect several times regarding clearance (wound up at CBSA way too early) and for delivery (I had to contact the delivery company myself after she said she would and call me back, which she didn't) in order to get specifics and find out she hadn't even given them the correct instructions to deliver. Besides that, costs were far higher than other freight I received and came in in spurts instead of all at once.

I had the worst experience in my entire carrier with this company. Lack of communication skill, they charged my more than anywhere else and for many extra features.
