Rude and arrogant manager, won't take accountability for his mistakes after causing serious hull damage. Obviously a young boy with daddy's money. Learned my lesson dealing with these clowns, and found people doing the same work for almost half the price. Don't deal with these people.
The new owner was very nice and easy to talk to. He didn't even charge me for a few of the things he did that were simple. I definitely trust him and don't feel like I was overcharged or taken advantage of. I will be coming here for all of my boating needs from now on.
Excellent workmanship and reliable services
I brought boat in for repairs and was told one price and without any signed work oder started the work, when the boat was complete I was was charged triple the amount told. I didn't find out any of this until boat was done. Filed a complaint with attorney general, police department consumer affairs and the BBB. These are very dishonest people.
