Been riding with GMT for about two years now. VA hospital gives us options, and I still always say GMT. Most of the drivers and even supervisors go out of their way to help me. Because they get so many of us, and it's not always smooth, they now have two people at my main drop location. Both David and Cameo really go above and beyond to get us not just home, to our appointments in and out of the veteran's hospital too. Giovanni and Monte are extraordinarily helpful, super wonderful, and extremely good human beings. They did a wonderful job of transport me from UMC Hospital to Valley specialty care. They are an extra special example of how it is important to be a good human still work hard. The represent GMT extremely well I would recommend Giovanni and Monte to your company.
Jason and Angel were amazing. They treated me like I was their family and made me completely at ease. I’ve used them before, but Jason was amazing. He helped me through their whole process. And so did Angel. I am so grateful that God put them in my path. PS they deserve a raise!

GMT was supposed to transport me in a power chair to my community care dental appointment. For some reason they wanted take me to the VA hospital. I informed the driver we were going to the wrong location so we pulled over and contacted dispatch to tell them he was gonna take me to the correct location. The dispatcher insisted that the driver take me to the VA hospital where she wanted me to Exit the vehicle and go into the hospital and discuss the matter with transportation personal.
