Jesse Ray G provided absolutely amazing customer service! We arrived early for our appointment, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment we walked into the facility. He made the entire experience smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. Employees like Jesse are the reason we’ll continue using GMT. I Was picked up and taken just in time for my appointment. Jesse and Guadalupe made sure to make me feel comfortable and were very attentive through out the drive. Its people like them that let me know i am in good hands when riding with GMT thank you two for your kindness and care.

Bertha and Claudia were exceptional. I rode along with them for patient transport as the OT for a home eval. We had some hiccups with the type of vehicle needed but they were able to figure out a plan b for the situation quickly while respecting my time constraints and maintaining friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for my patient.
