Hi, I had the pleasure of a ride with Alicia Smith on Monday March 30th right after lunch. I have ridden with several ambulance services and Uber however she holds herself to a much higher standard of a safe and more importantly an extremely comfortable trip. Been riding with GMT for about two years now. VA hospital gives us options, and I still always say GMT. Most of the drivers and even supervisors go out of their way to help me. Because they get so many of us, and it's not always smooth, they now have two people at my main drop location. Both David and Cameo really go above and beyond to get us not just home, to our appointments in and out of the veteran's hospital too.
