I had a delightful experience. I was very concerned about being late as my pick up time was so early at 5:45 am. The driver Vanessa was a few minutes early and was very pleasant. When we arrived at the facility it wasn't open but she allowed me to sit in the vehicle until the facility opened. Returning, the driver Eboni was prompt. Upon returning to my home she assisted me by holding my arm and escorting me all the way to my front door and waited until I was safely inside.
