I had a delightful experience. I was very concerned about being late as my pick up time was so early at 5:45 am. The driver Vanessa was a few minutes early and was very pleasant. When we arrived at the facility it wasn't open but she allowed me to sit in the vehicle until the facility opened. Returning, the driver Eboni was prompt. Upon returning to my home she assisted me by holding my arm and escorting me all the way to my front door and waited until I was safely inside. My mom had been in a memory care facility for a year. We've used GMTCare several times to transport her to doctor appointments. Always on time, with wonderful and kind driver's. It's such a relief to know we have GMTCare to depend on.
My friend was staying at a rehab facility in the Southwest area and she had a doctors appointment in Henderson and she used GMT to take her there. This took place in March but I still wanted to commend Jason and Ron for their fantastic service. Jason and Ron were very friendly upon entering my friends room and offered her assistance right away.
