They charged us $660 for a 'band-aid' fix that lasted 16 hrs. I asked if we go with them for a coil replacement, would they waive either a visit fee ($180) or diagnostics fee ($211), but the answer was 'no, it's a separate cost, and labor+ more refrigerant would be $2000'. Update: Joe called me after the bad review to say he was sorry, and said he would send the invoice for at least a partial refund to my email, which he never did. No clue what 'discounts' and 'multiple options', 'everything we could do to help' he is talkin... read more

I appreciate how honest they are. Steven kept the quote reasonable, and then delivered quality work in a timely manner. Noemi in the office communicated when the install team was headed to my home and also when the job was complete because my wife and I were at work. Fantastic service. I will definitely use GMS for all my a/c needs.

We got home from being out of town for a month to a hot house. We called GMS and they provided weekend service and got us up and running. Noemi followed up on Monday after the service to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent touch!
