I appreciate how honest they are. Steven kept the quote reasonable, and then delivered quality work in a timely manner. Noemi in the office communicated when the install team was headed to my home and also when the job was complete because my wife and I were at work. Fantastic service. I will definitely use GMS for all my a/c needs.
We got home from being out of town for a month to a hot house. We called GMS and they provided weekend service and got us up and running. Noemi followed up on Monday after the service to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent touch!
