Worst experience ever with GMS!!! Avoid this company!!! They installed a Rheem 5 ton unit that has never worked properly since installed. Refused to fix "non" cooling issues. Never showed for our scheduled appointments that could possibly resolve the issue. We've even shown up at their warehouse and were told pure lies. I've cried and roasted in my home on a daily basis in the summer. We have to "replace" the entire AC with another company. They sold us a "lemon" and refuse to help or fix. I paid over $9000 for a new Trane. Two months later the AC died on a Friday. GMS should have gotten the part today (Monday) and installed it. I have a serious distaste for this company at this time. Information from this company has been inconsistent. The most recent story is that the part is in Orlando and it will take 48 hours. Meanwhile it is a 2-1/2 hour drive.
