Our whole experience with GMS was a nightmare. Communication was rubbish emails were ignored, updates were rare, and we constantly had to chase them for even the most basic information. They made decisions on our behalf without checking with us and showed zero care or urgency. It felt like they were working against us, not for us. For how much you pay for conveyancing, the service was absolutely disgraceful.
