My partner and I engaged GMS Legal and Conveyancing to facilitate the purchase of our new property, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. The issues we encountered were numerous, but the most egregious were the hidden fees and lack of clear communication. Firstly, the company failed to disclose over $600 in additional fees that were not included in their initial quote.
