I made a claim on March 18, 2025, and was told it was approved. They said a cheque was mailed to me on June 17, but as of July 17, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called multiple times, and during my last call, I was told the cheque could be emailed instead — but I haven’t received that either. It’s been frustrating dealing with this delay. Filed a medical claim 2 months ago and heard nothing even though I sent email after email, made phone call after phone call. Just filed a complaint to Service Alberta’s Consumer Investigations Unit about their deceptive business practices. Please avoid their insurance unless you would like to be ignored when making claims. Seems like i need to give at least 2 stars in order for reviews to be published. I would like negative 5 stars if i could.
