4 years ago, when I purchased the GMS health insurance policy, it's just a phone call away. Since my spouse had already had a policy with them, they suggested to group into a police for a couple. I was considering canceling my GMS policy since I have not used my policy for past 4 years, especially I have Blue Cross health insurance from work. I made a claim on March 18, 2025, and was told it was approved. They said a cheque was mailed to me on June 17, but as of July 17, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called multiple times, and during my last call, I was told the cheque could be emailed instead — but I haven’t received that either. It’s been frustrating dealing with this delay.
