This office is doing an injustice to their patients. I personally think they are violating the standard of care. I will be finding a new provider.
Feels like all they want is checkup patients to come in once a year. Every time I've called because I'm actually sick, or need medical advice, they don't have any openings for weeks on end, and always say the say thing: "go to an urgent care clinic"....never seen a doctor in this place, always a PA. That's fine, she was professional the two times I did see her in the past 3 or 4 years....but there is NEVER space for you when you need it most...
My PCP left this practice. And now I'm left on my own to find another PCP after about 20yrs of being under that doctor's care. All because the doctors at this facility "do not prescribe" the medication I've been taking for at least 15 years. No offer of assistance. Just the feeling of abandonment. Very high quality professionals here.
Very pleased after my first visit. I was able to get a new patient appointment within a few days, there was no urgency so I felt that was a very reasonable wait time. I had the most complete physical, including a very thorough history, that I have had in years. I left the appointment with all of my concerns addressed, questions answered and a plan moving forward.
