Called to make an appointment for my son who is a new resident to the area. He would be a cash pay patient. This practice will not accept that. Only will bill insurance companies. Makes no sense. This is the first time I have ever seen a doctor refuse care for this reason.

Dr. Kostamo has been our doctor for over 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and takes good care of both me and my husband. We love him and all of his staff.
This has to be among my best experiences in a physician's office as a patient. My appointment was at 14:30 and the Med Tech came to the waiting room to fetch me back at 14:32 by my watch. I went to the exam room with her. There was no rush. She went through my vitals, looked over my records, welcomed me as a new patient, and was friendly but professional.
