You have to give them a credit: they have been consistently BAD for years and years, proved by the multiple reviews in several sites.... but they are still in business, destroying smiles, squeezing your pockets, mistreating patients... yep, that's their unique and long lasting merit.
STAY AWAY!! I have never been more disappointed in a business as I was at the GMS dental center off of Holcombe in the Texas Medical Center. The staff is very unhelpful. Their office manager is a nightmare and their billing staff is completely incompetent. When my claim was rejected I was told that "I" have to call the insurance company to get everything straightened out, even though I have no knowledge of medical billing and coding.
