Outstanding service, I came back from Auckland, vibrating car, stopped there as they were still open on Sunday afternoon, 45 minutes before closing time, they identified the problem and fixed it!!
Bloody hopeless over the phone communication, you better know exactly what you want before-hand otherwise they just hang up on you. I’d say just walk in the building and sort it out there, that way that can’t just hang out on your issues and actually provide some help.
