Lacking in customer service. No way to review online, so I have to do it here. Sent in some grips for exchange, on 7/22, it is 8/14, and no contact from the company. They wanted me to email them the tracking number, which I did. Then I had to call again, so they could do their job and check on it. (unbelievable...) Then they tell me one of the grips was sanded so they could only give me a 30% off discount. So I had to do all the leg work to get to this point. My son's Ten 0 grips broke this week, just before nationals. The folks at GMR went the extra mile and helped us get replacements so he'd have them to practice in tonight before he competes at nationals on Sunday. They spent over half an hour with my wife getting everything set up. Great service and many thanks.

Please stay away from this company if you value your child’s safety !!! I ordered my daughter’s first grips from this company and before she wore them they ripped like paper at one of the holes . Had my daughter actually wore these it could have ended in a fatal or life threatening accident !!! They would not rectify the issue and did not care about the safety concern . Would not replace or refund the grips .
