So happy with the fantastic experience I recently had at Voice Motor Sales! Nothing but kindness and honesty from their staff. Huge shoutout to Alex S. — so appreciative of him and how personable he was to work with! My long drive to Voice Motor Sales was definitely worth it!
The collision center is 5 stars and Danni is amazing! The service center is less than 1 star, they gave me my truck back after almost $700 with the same check engine lights and percentage brakes/oil i gave it to them at i took it back two times and they keep saying they did the work the light and percentages can't be reset......
They all lie. Told me truck had a new transmission 20k ago....lie. starter died on day one after 1 hour...they did me a "favor" and fixed the starter for cost of parts which was the same price to have any other shop do it with labor...I truly don't know how people sleep at night knowing they are screwing families over selling cars with catastrophic mechanical issues.
