We experienced a flat tire on our way to a cabin in northern PA on Wednesday afternoon, July 2nd. I was able to lower the spare, loosen & remove the lug nuts on the flat tire, however, the tire was seized and would not come off. Robert “Bump” took great care of me, what I liked most is at no point did he try any nonsense , which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other dealers. I traded in a car, I did not lie about the quality of the car, someone will end up extremely happy with it, Robert never tried to haggle me on it, never drove the car trying to find problems.
