I bought a beautiful 2017 Subaru WRX STI from Willy at Tom Tepe. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. The staff is welcoming and great to work with. Buying a car is very stressful. But they made everything a breeze. They were very open and transparent about everything. I drive two and a half hours from out of state and I would do it again! Always Great Service!
Had a terrible experience with this place. I went to go look at a vehicle 1 week ago and they were overcharging for the vehicle by over 10k. They didn't have the price online so I went to look at it and to see what they were asking for it and they tried to haggle me into paying for it. No transparency. Horrible costumer service and lie straight to your face. Better yet the vehicle is now listed on the website with a price 10k dollars less than what they tried to get me to buy it for.
