My wife and I came in needing a vehicle and within 2 hours we left with a beautiful new SUV. Our salesman Dan was phenomenal, and they got us a good rate and payment we could work with. They were all so friendly and honest!!
I played phone tag for a week trying to see if he even looked at my car. Finally got a call when the manager got involved. Which he still argued that he did. Then when I paid the $150 diagnostic fee couldn’t even tell me which cylinder had a misfire so I’m out $90 for the tow and $150 for no answers. 10/10 will not be back. Our family has been long time customers and unfortunately after this we will no longer be returning to piles.
I'd like to mention that my 5-star review is specifically for Piles's sales department. I am from central Indiana and worked with Chris remotely - over the phone and text - to negotiate on a pre-owned truck. Chris and his sales manager were as fair as they could be. They were also 100% honest and open about the truck, its features, how they got it, and the service performed to get it ready for sale. They need to hire a mechanic fire everyone else and re build and apologize to everyone they have screwed up there vehicles
