Very quick and clean service area. Great service from my service advisor. I travel all around the country to different Chevrolet Dealerships and this is one of the best experiences Ive had.
This is a great team overall and a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with whether it was a salesman, finance, or whatever, everyone was great and very helpful and trying to do all they could to help me.
Great customer service. They had the car we wanted. We drove 2.5 hours up to get it the only downside was the wait time on the paper work. The sales men was very attentive to getting us drinks or snacks while we waited
My wife went in for an oil change that was already paid for through a service plan when we bought the car. She was up sold on unnecessary "recommended" services to the amount of nearly $175. I called to complain and have a note added to my account to no longer offer additional services. I was told that even with the note we it would most likely still happen because of corporate policy.
