I bought my car there, and someone recently dented my rear door in a parking lot. The owner; Mike Miller told me to talk to a Paintless repair guy that visits his shop every Monday. Gill ended up fixing it in about 2 hrs, at 1/2 the cost I had gotten from another place. He did a fantastic job, and you can’t see where it was damaged. Even with close inspection! I loved the dealer’s way of dealing with customers and how politely they offer after purchase care. I got a Tesla Model Y, and there was an issue with the charging port not opening. I worked with Nathan and his manager, who were very kind and helped me. thanks
My service advisor kept me informed throughout the process, explaining what additional services needed to be completed and why. While the appointment took longer than I had anticipated, I understood why. And my service advisor helped me to use my accumulated Cadillac rewards points to offset some of the cost. Very helpful!
