Best dealership experience ever. Worked with Dylan in Sales and April in finance. The truck was being transported after sale and Dylan assisted when asked and kept us informed. Thank you.
My truck broke down last Saturday the 14th and wouldn’t start. I got it towed to the most local dealership as I am from Ohio. Matheny GMC was that dealership. The service figured out the starter needed to be replaced and they had to order a GM part because of my warranty. It’s now the 16th and they still don’t have the part in. They’re saying it’s coming from NC which isn’t that far at all! I can ship a 50 pound part to Cali and get it there in 3 days, but for these guys it’s taking a whole week plus. Matheny GMC Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my Traverse after it had an encounter with a deer. You can not tell it had damage, the paint matches perfectly. Thank you for your work. Well pleased.
