My new car buying experience at Ritchey GMC was one of the or maybe the best I've ever had. No pressure, friendly, and each person from the sales person(Paula) to the Manager (Boyd) to Finance (Shawn) took time to answer questions and make adjustments as needed. As a product rep, i truly appreciate businesses that operate in todays world and not like we're still in the 60/70's with high pressure sales tactics.
I have experience a lack of communication on several occasions. I have spoken with the CO person (Brett) about the lack of communication. On several occasions i have brought my car there for service and was given no notice of if it was done or anything. I had to catch a ride to get it after being dropped off at home with no call back. Very professional! All paperwork was ready for me to sign when I arrived! Treated me like V.i.P.
Bought a CPO cadillac and Nick was my salesman who was great . I live 5 hours away and started the process online and all of Nicks replies and answers were prompt and had all the paperwork that could be filled out ready to go for when I got there. Between Nick and Alex(finance guy) they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time as I drove down and back in the same day. Both are great guy and would definitely recommend them. A++++
