Our salesperson Paula was such a big help. Very knowledgeable and just a down to earth person
All went well and the personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. The price was also great! My exception however, was the overuse of an impact gun to put my wheels on after rotation. Impact guns are hard on chrome lug nuts and they should actually be torqued by hand with a torque wrench to prevent over or under tightening. However, from what I observed, there’s no chance mine were under tightened!

We were very disappointed today! Went to the dealership and test drove a Pre Owned Jeep Rubicon. We loved the vehicle, but when we were provided the Carfax, it listed several mechanical issues that had been repaired. Battery, Serpentine belt, pulleys, tensioners, EGR hoses and the upper intake manifold—-on a 2023 vehicle! We were concerned that these issues might continue and this would be a “lemon” vehicle—-when I pointed this out to the salesman, he looked me straight in the eye and told me “these are all factory recalls”.... read more
