The first time I came here for services using my warranty, I had no issues. I have now been inconvenienced twice due to a service advisor not entering services correctly per Ally Auto Care and turning me away. The second time I even showed him the document of services I received last year with no problem (which he should be able to look up) and he still did not get it correct. Two wasted trips. I’ve tried to reach out to get the matter resolved, but no one will contact me back.
Jason was great. He wasn't pushy. He simply answered my questions and help me find exactly what I wanted. Trade is value was more than fair and the interest rate I got was much better than what my bank was offering. Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase and the experience.
The entire staff was friendly and my appointment time was honored. I was in and out in a little over an hour with a freshly washed car.
Didn't go there to purchase a vehicle number one. Went there because no auto parts store had the part for my older Buick. Interaction with one employee was good interaction with the other employee not so good kind of had an attitude. I'm sure if you're there to spend money on buying a card the interactions would be better no worries.
