I dont know what happened to this service department but its horrible. Today My wife missing her apple earbuds from her escalade. Last month i went in for Service oil change on my 25 hd ultimate they forgot to do alignment n rotation after I specifically asking for it. 6 month prior to that i went for oil change they wrote i left and be back at 5 while i m in there waiting. Continuing using Ritchey. My parents bought cars from Richey in Clearwater. Now I have too. Paula in Daytona Beach store was the best. Patient, smart, polite and knowledgeable. I stopped by to look.
