I hate coming here. Only reason I come here is because my company fleet enterprise deal with them. Please get rid of Vincent and Kirk. Every time I come in they just stare and never help me. Vincent sat at his desk eating Burger King while Kirk acted like he is on the phone. Then act like I am bothering or interrupting them. This isn't just one occasion, this is every time. Had an amazing experience!! Truthfully, I didn't think I would get a car. Spoke with Arthur on the phone and he told me to come in and they'd work with me. And they DID 🤯 Arthur made the process seamless 🤌 Joel was wonderful and took my trade in (I owe home a keychain) and Marcelo worked with me to get coverage of my vehicle with a reasonable price 🤑 Also all this on a snowday 🥶 I highly recommend coming here for your next car 🫶
I guess at this point it's safe to say the name change has done absolutely nothing to improve the service you receive from the new Alpine Chevrolet. We brought one of our many Chevy fleet vehicles to Alpine yesterday for a safety concern to be repaired, The vehicle in question is a 2025 chevy Tahoe ssv with only 11k miles on it. I took my 2024 Chevy in for maintenance. 1st time used this dealership as it is closer to my home. Kirk met me promptly, provided a pre tax estimate and the work was done in a hour. Very happy with the service. Unfortunately the waiting room at this dealership was not as nice as the other dealership I went to on the other side of town. A little disappointing.
Len Lyall Chevrolet is an excellent service center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They made a point to get my car in as quickly as possible and get it back to me, fixed in a very reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. I haven't taken my cars anywhere else for the last 5 years. Highly recommend!!!
