The most incompetent service dept. I have ever interacted with. I went in with emissions issues and was told it would most likely cost a few thousand dollars. Only to find out on my own that it was still under warranty. This is something I would expect them to check prior to quoting me. Later went in for a 2-3 hour appt. that I had planned my day around. Good experience.
Everything was very smooth going. Was able to check out multiple trucks, with no pressure at all to buy. I worked with Carlos and would recommend him and the rest of the dealership if you are looking for a great place to buy.
Carlos, our sales person was amazing! Him and Aaron got us the vehicle of our dreams for a great price. They stayed late to get us the deal we wanted. Mark provider great conversation while we waited. Thank you all!
