So...two years later after my great experience with the body shop and service , I decide to purchase a used silverado, horrible was treat like they were doing me a favor was promised a missing trim piece, checked a few times just got the runaround. Trim was not expensive by no means it was the principle of the matter! People like to be treated like they're somebody and not like their some broke bum. I will never forget that humiliating experience business will go to another dealer next time.
Super helpful. Very smooth process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Laria. Other Chevy dealers (Serpentini) in the area were completely unresponsive and unwilling to work, but Laria made it happen! Update* ask for a copy of the CARFAX AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. My vehicle was purchased BRAND NEW and then Laria reported damage and repair after purchase. Total BS
