Won't replace faulty tires accusing us of issues with tires. Only had tires about 15 thousand miles. HORRIBLE and non return phone calls..RUN.....

Their mechanic failed to tighten my front right caliper after installing a new wheel bearing. It's obvious it was never test driven once completed. I was less than one mile from the dealership when all *$#* broke loose when stepping on the brake pedal. A series of loud bangs, grinding noises, and the locking up of the front right tire ensued many times as I limped it home. The truck had to be towed back in and fixed. I have obvious rim damage, and who knows what else is damaged now. All Heritage could do was offer an apology... read more

looking for a car online. found a car they had on lot. did all negation on car. get there and they left one main key piece of information off the listing on the car. the car is from Canada so the dash gauges are all metric. if it would have been listed as such or informed before hand would have never drove the 2 hrs to get it. i walked away from the deal. for a dealer in a small northern WI town and leave something like that off all listing from dealer site to car gurus to carfax.com. no wonder the cars been on the lot for a... read more

Called and asked how to turn on a basic setting. (Just had to hold a button) but they refused to tell me and said I needed to pay the service department and bring it in. They earned this review. It's not a special service. It's a basic setting. Learn some customer service. And hire some nicer people
