Everyone at Hawkins is very nice and friendly. at this time, we have our SUV currently in shop with factory issue. We know they are working hard to getting it back to us, correspondence is very good. Hawkins management gave us a loner vehicle and that is helping us very well. We have no problems; issues are being correct. The quality and friendliness they provide to us makes us feel like Hawkins family.
