When traveling from out of state, I had a transmission failure. The team there did a great job working with me remotely as well as with the warranty company to get my transmission replaced quickly and correctly. I worked with Christian as my customer service rep and she is amazing . Very professional and does a great job communicating. I found them to be very trustworthy.
Do not shop for a GMC product anywhere else!!! Greenville Chevrolet is the very best, not just great pricing but super great people that went way out of their way to help me and my family far beyond any dealership I have ever done business with.
