Had my son take my car for a scheduled 9:30am oil change. He call me at 12:30 to let me know that they still had my car and were fixing the recalled windshield wiper (hasn’t been an issue). It was not asked if I wanted the recalled windshield wiper fixed or told how long the repair would take. I called the service desk to see what was going on and was told that they were almost finished. Needed service (oil change) on a trip from Alberta, Canada to San Francisco. They took my vehicle in without appointment and were a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend
Not impressed can't find vehicle. Can't send picture. Said owners wife may want vehicle. Said they had over 400 vehicles and can't locate this one.
2 hours after bringing in my Silverado for an oil change today, they haven't even started on it. The same thing happened last time I brought it in for an oil change. It took 3 hours then and we're closing in on that amount of time again today. Unacceptable when I had an appointment for this service at 10:30 this morning and it's now 12:45. Won't be back to this dealership.
