I traded vehicles at Wharton GMC yesterday. This was my second experience with them and I was really happy with how it went. I live about two hours away on the north side of Houston so I had many closer options where I could buy the same truck and sure I’d have a bigger selection of vehicles to choose from, but I went back to Wharton because they don’t seem to be high pressure and are willing to give a better deal to get your business. Great Service, Customer Service A+
I've been doing business with Don Elliott in Wharton for years so has my kids and grandkids. I purchase a nissan pathfinder and when I test drove it the engine light stayed on. Sales manager said it was probably a vale stem problem so I took his word and found out it was a Cadillac converter problem, so my vehicle has been in the shop longer than I've had it. The mechanic broke off 3 bolts on the converter housing. This car lot has went down hill by far and was lied to.
