I left my pickup truck for service Tuesday oil change and tire rotation, I called several times to speak with Cage service advisor the truck was not being service and every time that I called nothing was done to the vehicle, finally I decide to pickup the truck today and I found that after 3 days nothing was done to the repairs and oil change very unprofessional not happy at all with the level of service, will find another place to take my vehicle for service
Marco the service advisor always gives me first class service. When I try to schedule service on line it doesn’t allow to chose a service advisor by name, so I physically have to go there and schedule it to make sure that Marco is working that day. On my last visit he took the time to reset all the settings on my truck. I greatly appreciate him.
Marko (service advisor) went above and beyond he made sure that everything was just like I wanted! before I left the dealership he even took the time to explain what was the problem and how long it will take to resolve. I would give him 10 stars he does know how to satisfy customer
Love the new truck. Interest rate sucks but that's Joe Biden's fault because he also sucks.
