One week ago I purchased a brand new car at Criswell Chevrolet. Within 1 day alarms and error messages started to appear on the dashboard. Due to Criswell's shop being very busy, I was told to wait one week before bringing the car for service. Brought it on Wed. July 16th early in the morning. I am always getting outstanding service at Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg, MD!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Bought a $60,000 dollar truck from here. 1 year and 15k miles later the truck has had to go to the shop 3 times. Most recently something is wrong with the transmission. They have had my truck for over a month now and still don’t know what’s wrong with it. I have called the dealership for information 20+ times without an answer, had to go in person to finally talk to someone. Excellent service from Criswell Chevrolet. The service was quick and efficient
I was working with Richard and I will say he was very friendly. I sent him the information that he asked for and completed my application. And they ran my credit and after that crickets. I haven't heard anything back. My issue is if I'm not approved communicate that with me. Because you don't know if I had money to put down with my trade or a co signer. You just stop communicating.
