Ruben Ortega in the service department is amazing! He knew what the problem was with my Cadillac from my description of the symptoms and got my car in and out of the shop efficiently and quickly. I have wanted a Cadillac since I was a kid and now that I have one I know that I will be bringing it to Alexander Cadillac for excellent service!
We were traveling cross country from Georgia to California when my Cadillac XT5 experienced an issue that caused lack of AC, lack of acceleration, a steering alert & constant fan running from the engine compartment. Ruben Ortega III went above & beyond to care for us. He got us in the next morning at 8:30 am & within three hours we were on our way. He was compassionate to our needs.
