The young men at Alexander Cadillac GMC always do a good job On my Cadillac CTS V. When I drop it off, I know it’s in good hands.
I had a great experience working with Nieves Soriano as my service consultant. From start to finish he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was handled smoothly without any stress on my end.
This has to be some of the best service I have received on a vehicle. Nieves did his best to assist me with the issue with my truck. From the time you walk in the door you feel like part of the Alexander of Oxnard family.
