First off Ive never written a review before, but this instance really annoyed me. Sales team was amazing, service team was useless. While purchasing my Mazda I was told that I should bring my Mazda in for any type of service. Fast forward a couple months my AC starts smelling really bad so I schedule an appointment as I was told. Brought my XT-5 in for routine service and Rueban did a fantastic job. Not only was he clear on what to expect on the service, he also kept me informed during the process so I could plan my day.
