GMP refinished 700+ sq ft maple flooring. They did a beautiful job. They were professional, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Refinishing creates a lot of dust, which was almost completely captured by their machines. Request the Bona water-based polyurethane, which is low VOC and dries qui ckly. They completed the work in 3 days! On the fourth day, they quickly and carefully returned the furniture stored in our garage.
Very impressed with their work and dedication to consumer satisfaction. Very easy to work with and responsive.
Had an appointment yesterday for a consultation. A random women called a half hour prior saying they weren't going to make it. Rescheduled for today and they never showed up. Called in and they had no clue what was going on but made it very clear it was not their fault. But then asked if I was still interested.
Punctual, respectful and would highly recommend. Mateo did an excellent job. He did everything I asked and more. Floor I had sanded and stained turned out great.
