Be very careful purchasing something from this store as my parents were caught out buying a walker come wheelchair. They were very persuasive in selling it to her. She got it home and found that it was not suitable. my mother rang up and told them it was not suitable for her. They said sorry can’t do anything about it as you have had it for over a week, not even offer an exchange This is not good enough. Absolutely recommend County Care Morwell, Susan is excellent, knowledgeable & showed genuine care. Excellent delivery time from ordering Lift Chair & I must thank Pete & Matt for delivering setting up & making sure I understood operation.
I'm really glad I drove from Traralgon to hire from these guys. The knee scooter was almost half the weekly price at $20 and in way better condition. The staff were helpful and the scooter has been a game changer for getting around.
