Don't use these guys. I bought a home from them put down $500 for them to hold it, when they came out to pour the concrete, they poured it in the wrong place though it was clearly marked. They threatened to take me to court for me to pay for their mistake, kept my $500 and relisted the home.
If I could leave a 10 star I would. They helped throughout the whole process of obtaining our loan and everything. And even after took care of us when the first big storm hit after we moved in. I couldn’t recommend them more if I tried.
Absolute amazing experience!!! My wife Tasha is super happy with the home we now have and her and I couldn’t have ben happier with the experience they provided for us. Best prices around and most flexible and easy going business we have ever dealt with. My wife and I are now living happily in our new triple wide than ever thanks to County Acres!!!
