Do Not Recommend if no stars was an option that’s for sure what it would be. I do not recommend this individual. He was hired to replace a stem but installed an incompatible part. As a result, the entire stem and knob blew off due to water pressure, causing significant flooding in my bathroom and extending into parts of my bedroom. He arrived at my home accompanied by another person and had a firearm visibly on his hip, which made the situation uncomfortable.
