I worked with John Malarky twice: my mortgage and a refinance for a big renovation. He is helpful at every step. He explained every part of the process to me, my options, and was incredibly accessible by both phone and email. I can readily say that I trust him and the team at GMH. They are organized and friendly and make the financing of home purchase or refinance pleasant.
