All they do is advertise for help, and then they never call applicants who are more than qualified for the position, yet the job listing stays online. Do they have people actually look at the resumes or do they discriminate and use AI to screen them that does not give qualified applicants a chance at all at the job? Makes the company look unprofessional and shady.

Having been on the manufacturing side for most of my career, it is not if you make a mistake, it is when and how you handle it. To get a call from the owner over an issue today was amazing. He could not have been more helpful and more willing to make things right. This pen is the best in the industry, writes beautifully and feels awesome! This company is one of most stand up companies I have worked with!

I was hired here on April the 8th for customer service, however when I arrived in my dress and heels I was told I would be better off in the warehouse, I love computers so I said ok. The whole 7 days I was there, I never received a time card or knew my working hours because remember I was switched from customer service to warehouse, I was never taught anything by the guy who was training me, I picked up stuff along the way by watching.
