Okay. So. Here are my words against the place I got my car. On June 5th, 2025 I purchased a 2017 explorer. Loved the car, it had what I wanted, needed, and more! But. Very quickly I realized the issues. So, then. I kept having it put in the shop with no remedy. FINALLY after 11 months of owning the vehicle, and then AC pulley went bad. They told me there were issues with aligning the vehicle, due to something to do with my control arms, they didn't feel comfortable letting me drive the car. So.
