As public hospitals/clinics go these guys are really great. If you’re lucky enough to have a family doctor there, much empathy— very pleasant. Sometimes it takes a long time to do something (between appointments) but then when they decide they can do something, it’s on the spot. Since it is a public hospital in the Quebec healthcare system, I was surprised to see an average 3.4* review (surprised it was so high). This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever experience discrimination. They not only refused to speak to me in English when by law I have an exception and need to be spoke to in English but they mocked me when I tried to pronounce a French name. They refused me an appointment and hung up on me when my mother tried to intervene while the guy was yelling. Complete power trip. The receptionists are evil and make it impossible to see your doctor. I’ve read the reviews for this place and I’m not shocked. It’s very true that they will treat people badly and place them on hold for long periods of time and hang up on them. The girl on the phone was eating while I was trying to speak. Rude staff, don’t bother going here. You’re better off going to a 1 start clinic, If I could I would give negative 5 stars.
