While my Dr. Ladouceaur is fine, there are some real systematic issues as to how this clinic handles requisitions, new prescriptions, etc. This should be taken care with a fax, email of telephone call within a few days of speaking with Dr. or contacting the clinic. With this clinic, this process routinely takes over a month, numerous telephone calls, in-person visits, and needless run-around to get the clinic to follow-through with this basic routine administrative exercise. Déplorable! Cela fait des années que je suis suivie à cette clinique . Le service était excellent il y a environ 5-6 ans. J’ai apppelé aujourd’hui pour prendre un rendez-vous avec mon médecin . Dorénavant les secrétaires au téléphone font du triage!! Ont-elles les compétences pour savoir si oui ou non j’ai besoin d’un rendez-vous? Quel service médiocre .
After staying on the line for over 10 min, I got hung up by the receptionist on the phone immediately as soon as I greeted him in English. A few factors I'd like to mention here: 1. I am perfectly trilingual and I choose to speak English because this is my RIGHT. 2. This is a government clinic and my TAXES contribute to the pay checks of those receptionists. 3. Why are the clerks at the front desk speaking in arabic while at work behind the counter? I find this unacceptable. Getting an appointment with my family doctor is always a horrible experience. They never pick up the phone, make us wait 30 minutes on the phone to then tell us they don't have any place left. Just horrible. Never had such a hard time just getting an appointment.
