I was able to book an appointment at this clinic for a Saturday through the RVSQ website, however their schedule says they’re closed on weekends. When I tried to call to confirm, I got an automated message saying they’re closed. So why was I even able to book an appointment on a day they don’t operate? The system is completely misleading and needs to be fixed.
J’ai eu plusieurs rendez-vous à la clinique d’urgence et j’ai toujours eu un excellent service. Les médecins et la secrétaire m’ont toujours bien reçu donc, je recommanderais cette clinique sans hésiter. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas satisfaits, il existe des cliniques privées où ça vous coûtera $$$$$ et vous pourrez avoir un service personnalisé selon vos précieuses exigences.
Quick and efficient, emergency appointement on the gouvernment web site, they were on time, was sent for xrays was done on the spot and they took care of taking appointement for ultrasounds which was the following day. Thank you to the nurse, doctor and staff
I am so grateful of the people who work at this clinic! More specifically, to Gigi! Who always goes above and beyond, and does so with patience and empathy. If your are lucky to have Dr. Latino as a physician, then you know how lucky you are!! What a gem of a person! My family of 5 comes here and im forever thankful to not only have a G.P but to have the BEST CARE POSSIBLE!!
