I am so grateful for everyone who works there. Given the state of medical services in the province and the pressure on personnel, i only have praise for this group of dedicated health-workers.
I was treated with respect. The nurse Sandra was very nice. Dr Bartolucci is wonderful!
I once saw Dr. Wellick, who was not my regular doctor, because I felt like my face was on fire. He seemed annoyed and basically chased me out, informing me that he was busy and no time for my "little flashes." Turns out it was not hot flashes at all (which I knew) and my regular doctor had me tested and got me the correct remedy. One receptionist there has been deliberately nasty and rude for the entire time I went to the clinic, which was many years. My Family have been clients of the Hudson Medical Center for over 40 years. I have been trying since October 2024 to get an appointment for my husband with no luck I was referred to the Sante Quebec website to make the appopintment which I have done numerous time only to be told that there were no appointments available for his criteria contact your medical clinic which I have been doing 2 or 3times a week and all I get is being left on hold. what a terrible experience dr McCarty is very unprofessional to be fair the health care system sucks but it shouldn’t give her the right to do what she wants when she wants too she did a couple tests on me and when I wanted to show her something else that was bothering me she just said she didn’t need too I have a hard time understanding why she wants to be a doctor, the receptionist were alright not mean not exactly super friendly but it’s alright it’s work for them I get that
