The doctor I wasn’t assigned was not helpful. I left this appointment feeling very discouraged and unheard. Everyone should file complaint to the Ombudsman. Gross negligence at that establishment. They "transfer" your file to another doctor since the other one quit just to have you call back for 8 months because the schedule is "full" and finally tell you that they are reversing the decision and you need to register for a new family doctor. No call, no letter, all that time wasted when you need follow ups.
