I have been assigned a doctor by the province from this clinic, I filled up all the paperwork. I also called back in March or April I believed and was told that I will be called for an intake apts. It is Sep and nothing and the worst is that I have been calling since July and the line is always busy!! How am I supposed to book an appointment???? Even online there is nothing to book! You cant contact the clinic unless you dial that busy phone number! And trust me, I have called several times per hour!!

Comme plusieurs autres personnes l’ont mentionné, il est pratiquement impossible de joindre cette clinique par téléphone et les rendez-vous en ligne sont très difficiles, voire impossibles, à obtenir. Dans notre cas, ma fille a été assignée à un médecin de cette clinique il y a plusieurs mois. Nous attendons toujours sa première consultation. The doctor I wasn’t assigned was not helpful. I left this appointment feeling very discouraged and unheard.
