Une des pires réceptions. Je n’arrive jamais avoir la ligne avant un minimum de 45 minutes, et ça c’est si ça ne raccroche pas avant. Lorsqu’on obtient la ligne, on se fait se sentir comme si on dérangeait.

Bon accueuil et la médecin de famille est très à l'écoute et prend vraiment le temps qu'il faut avec ses patients ( DR. Dumas) Agréablement surpris...
As far as I am concerned, this clinic has the worst customer service! One can wait on the phone for a very long time without a secretary answering the phone! This is not how a clinic should operate. Instead of so many and long recordings telling you to go online, they should take care of answering the phone.We, the patients, are people and not machines!
