This is my first time needing to visit a clinic like this after living here for so many years. After reading the reviews, I completely agree with the 1-star ratings,they are not exaggerated at all. One of the male receptionists is truly unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to see someone like that working in a healthcare environment. After waiting on hold for a long time, someone answered the phone and then hung up immediately, damn your service !!!

Clinic is ok. However, when I call I always wait 30+ minutes and then they hang up ! 5 times in a row I called, spent my day trying to reach them and everytime they answer they would put me on hold again and just hang up
