After the clinic moved to its new location, it expanded much larger, but lost its small and warm atmosphere it used to have. **UPDATE** It has only gotten worse. Now you just can't get through at all. You can try all day. Absolute waste of time. 5 years later and it still sucks The absolute worst receptionists you will ever meet or speak with (if you get a chance) . Have made 52 calls today to the office all of which were made during business hours for a follow up appointment with my doctor. Only 1 was actually answered during and I was put on hold by one of the receptionists for over 45 mins before they decided to hang up on me. Can't get back th... read more
Awful experience. Waited for the doctor more than 40 min, talk with her less than 5 minutes. She advised me to take 4 painkillers while having migraine! I suffer from migraine more than 20 years, they became chronic ( Hearing my asking to send me to the neurologist it worked like a red flag! No way she said, I don't see the reason to send you. Les appels restent sans réponse, impossible de rester en ligne si c'est déjà occupé. La seule fois où j'ai pu les avoir en 1 semaine on m'a demandé de rappeler le lendemain. Mon rdv a été déplacé sans pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit. Bien organisé tout ça
