I waited 2 hours to see Doctor Barret. My appointment was at 11:40am and I saw him at 1:10pm. Why make an appointment if I have to sit there and wait for him. I swear he had his “lunch break”, so I had to wait that long
This is my first time needing to visit a clinic like this after living here for so many years. After reading the reviews, I completely agree with the 1-star ratings,they are not exaggerated at all. One of the male receptionists is truly unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. It’s disappointing to see someone like that working in a healthcare environment.
