If I could give less than 1 star I would! Waited forever for an appointment with the general surgeon, only to sit at the clinic for over 2 hours past my appointment time before I had to leave without being seen. The older lady receptionist is just plain awful and rude, and the director is not much better. They both said I'm lucky if I get to see a doctor. Last time I checked, it's a fundamental Canadian right to have accessible healthcare, not a privilege. They also want me to pay a fee for "missing" my appointment, after I ... read more
J’ai été référé par le GAP et c’était une belle expérience . Le médecin était super gentil , ça n’a pas pris de temps. Et chapeau à la dame qui prenait ma pression au début , une humaine super attachante, merci encore !
My doctor is nice but I have a problem with the lady with the grey hair at the reception desk who refuses to speak english to anyone. It is my right to know exactly what you’re telling your clients. Very disrespectful and i’m not impressed at all. I also just found out my psychiatrist has moved clinics without telling me so I asked the secretary to ask my doctor if he can tell me where she’s located because I urgently need an appointment and she told me I have to go search for her myself.
Parking was easy. I asked the receptionist if I missed my call after waiting 1.5 hours after my appointment time. She was pleasant and mentioned the Dr. Cliche was a specialist and had an emergency to attend to. Also told me that I was next. I replied that I was just happy that I got an appointment in a relatively short time and was okay with the wait. First thing Dr. Cliche did was apologize for the delay. C’est toujours ultra long.. il te donne un rendez-vous à une certaine heure et ils te passe 1h après même parfois 1h30 après l’heure de ton rendez-vous et ça chaque fois que tu y va.. que ton rendez-vous sois le premier ou le dernier tu attend minimum 1h dans la salle. Le médecin de famille a mes enfant et la et je doit toujours attendre minimum 1h avec eu dans la salle d’attente avant d’être prise.. c’est réellement compliquer avec de jeune enfant. J’ai décider d’aller au privé
