We hired these people to cut back the trees because the insurance said it has to be cut back 5 feet. They showed up two hours late. It was already getting dark. They did the work said they cut it back 5 feet And if there’s any issues to call them and they’ll come right back out. The insurance said they only cut it back 2 feet. It has to go another 3 feet and now this company won’t call back. Hopefully they do so we can resolve the issue
