Amazing service. My boiler broke, leaving me with no heating or hot water. They came out the same day and rectified the problem, keeping me fully informed the whole time. Lovely friendly and professional service!
Don't ever, ever use this company! They are dishonest and incompetent! I asked them to give me a quote to check my gas appliances, especially the gas fire as it was not working very well. I was given a quote. An engineer carried out the checks; he looked at the heater and told me it was working fine. When I turned it on at night it chucked out even less heat than before.
