Selected 3 top-rated firms to get a quote on radon remediation. This is the only one that came out to take a look. The other two asked for photos and provided quotes. What concerned me about the remote approach was that their quotes would not be accurate. Mike came out, did accurate measurement, and provided recommendation, including sealing the gap around the edge of the basement (which the other two firms did not suggest and turned out to be critical for the remediation). We had a great experience with G.M.D. Mike was very thorough with his quote and explanation of the process for installing the radon mitigation system. He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. The install also went smoothly and I felt that great care was taken during the process to ensure that the system is efficient and will have longevity. All staff I spoke to were responsive, professional, and personable.

My Realtor recommended this business to us, and they were wonderful. They scheduled the estimate quickly, and performed the work soon after. Everyone was very professional and kind. The work is clean, tidy, and organized.

These guys are great, dropped my home levels from 3.8/4 to .7 after their intervention. The attention to detail for the install was excellent and everything looks sharp. The cost is completely reasonable for peace of mind and safety; just get it done.

They did a great job with the install, it is well built and even matches the house trim on the outside. We had an unrelated issue that happened to coincide with the install and the owner Mike came out personally to inspect and found where the issue was in our plumbing, an uncapped, unused pipe and he installed a cap he had in his van for us to fix the issue.
