our well pump went out, and we used up our 1500 gallons from our cistern (unknowingly). Larry, the boss and dispatch, was professional and understood my needs, taking my order. The next day, Tim showed up with his water truck and filled it up. I enjoyed talking with him as he was very friendly, professional, timely AND most importantly...delivered the water.
