Editing my review, original review is below. Shane did reach out and apologize and explain what happened. He was very professional and admitted fault. I did not end up working with them as we found someone else already but I do give credit they are a very honest and respectable organization and handled this situation better than any I've ever seen. I called to set up a time to get an estimate on a front porch replacement. Spoke with Shane, one of the owners. He was very nice and professional on the phone. We set up a time, and he did not show up. I called several times and left a voicemail requesting a call back but did not hear back. I would have accepted "We're not taking new jobs" if they weren't going to come.
