Visited Hennessy Buick work a concern about my car temperature gage going towards hot. I was told I would have to leave my car for 5 days to run diagnostics. I asked if there was loaner I could use. He said no, not until diagnostics was done. He said they are backed up for months. What? No one offered to look under hood or anything. Just sat there looking at me. So disappointed Hennessy Buick. Do better. I'm a 6 year customer and felt so helpless.
Terrible place to get a car from… granted car salesman have to make money and are notorious for being fast talkers, but this place is crooked. My credit was run 12 times. They sold me a warranty saying i would have no issues if anything was to happen.. that didn’t cover anything. They sold me gap insurance claiming the same thing …that did cover anything… I was called over 30 times to come in and buy a car. I got into an accident and I can’t get anyone on the phone to assist. Visited the show room to view Acadias and everything about the visit was A1. Cherie in the BDC had great communication and was NOT pushy or aggressive like most dealerships. I worked w/ Aaliyah to view some vehicles. I made it clear I was there to purchase at the time and was seeking info. Her energy didn't change. She was still professional and very informative. If we decide to move forward with a GMC vehicle, Aaliyah has our business.
Bellamy Strickland blew me off about a warranty claim which I have receipts to which they didn't replace and after warranty I had a recall and this place (GMC of Morrow) really took care of me and fought on my extended warranty for the issue which was under warranty that they didn't want to do which also they didn't want to do the safety of the finally issues recall on the TSB.
