WJ maintenance team was very professionals, courtesy and knowledgeable of their job.
First time receiving service here. From scheduling to day of service, the experience was easy and smooth. Mike was a professional and transparent, and got me an unexpected service taken care of swiftly.
I had a “check engine” warning light display illuminated every time I started, or operated my car. I used my Fix’d code reader that narrowed the source down to the exhaust system, but did not isolate the issue to a specific issue. Wyatt-Johnson performed additional, more comprehensive diagnostics isolating the issue, and provided me an estimate for correction. Went in today for my regular maintenance. Doug was my service advisor and he is amazing. He always takes care of me and I alway feel heard. He is the only service advisor I will work with.
