Service Representative Peter Gray did a fantastic job both in getting a set of tires and helping me get a GMC credit card to receive a discount on my bill. He took time to talk to the credit card company to assist me in getting the credit card and finally spoke to GMC service to complete the transaction. I will be contacting him for all my service needs.
When I arrived at the service department, I was greeted professionally and Was attended to by Michael Brown Who immediately found out why I was there for service. He also step-by-step let me know what was going on with the diagnostic on my car. Which they couldn’t get the car to show the code so they could see what was going on with it. But he told me exactly what to do in the future so hopefully get the code to rectify the problem.
Service department and Finance department staff are excellent.
I brought my 2025 GMC Terrain in to get an oil change and to fix/replace my broken horn, as the horn is no longer audible. The mechanics returned the car, claiming that the horn works 'as designed' without providing any diagnostics, multimeter readings or any due diligence on the horn assembly. We waited over 3 hours and the issue was never addressed. I'm very disappointed in this dealership and have started a case with GMC Corporate
